What is the 12 Week Bulking Program?
This plan has been designed to aid intermediate-advanced lifters in gaining muscle efficiently and improving strength. This program follows a push pull legs & abs split which consists of 6 training days and one rest day. Specific modifications to acute variables such as sets, reps, and volume are included. Hypertrophy training is needed to help improve strength as it specifically promotes muscle growth. This program will explain to you how to successfully execute a bulk as well as providing you with app recommendations and tools that make the process easier and more enjoyable.
